Biography
I agree with Abraham Lincoln that "Most people are as happy as they make up their minds to be." And I choose to be happy! I'm a single mom of a beautiful daughter born in China. Bailee and I share our house with our 2 cats - Eunice and Yoohoo. I plan conferences and events for a profession and like the chance to see new destinations but love coming home to Bailee. I'm a native Texan who has also lived in Boston, Philadelphia and Cleveland before heading back to Texas. I love scrapbooking, photography and gardening (well, not so much anymore due lack of to time). I'm addicted to Diet Dr. Pepper, potatoes in any way (salt & vinegar chips, french fries, baked potatoes, mashed potatoes...you get the idea) and my mom's Chocolate Meringue Pie (which I have no hope of every making myself).
